Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

As a clothing store, we accept returns only for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. Items must be in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@guochao3928.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label. If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-returnable Items

• Customised or made-to-order items
• Items returned without first contacting us
• Items with tags removed, washed, worn, or otherwise not in original condition

Order Delays

Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, public holidays or carrier issues are not by themselves grounds for a return. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you locate it or find a resolution.
